There could be several price promotions going on at any given time at Mahoney's. Some price promotions are planned by the PLMs with the vendors and purchased with special pricing in mind. These are usually advertised by marketing.

Other price promotions go into effect when we are overstocked on a certain item and we need to liquidate. These are usually in-store only price promotions.
